We believe giving is an act of worship. It is not something done out of guilt or pressure, but as a joyful response to God’s generosity and his leading in your life. Just like an orchard bears fruit through steady care and deep roots, a church thrives when its people invest in what God is growing. Your giving helps us nurture spiritual growth, care for one another, and reach out to our local community and beyond. Every gift matters, every dollar fuels ministry, and every act of generosity is a way of saying, “God, I trust You to do something through me.”

Ways to Give
Cash or Check
Cash and checks can be given in person via the donation box within the sanctuary. Alternatively, checks addressed to Orchard Church can be mailed to the address listed in the website footer. To specify a giving fund, include it in the check memo line.
Credit or Debit
Give via Credit or Debit Card one-time or setup a recurring giving plan with your desired frequency through our secured Church Center platform online.
Bank Account
Give directly via your Bank Account by setting up a one-time or recurring Bill Pay to avoid processing fees. Alternatively, you could give via our secured Church Center platform online, but to maximize your giving we recommend going directly through your bank.
Venmo
Give via Venmo one-time or setup a recurring giving plan with your desired frequency through our secured Church Center platform online. Alternatively, donate to our Church General Fund directly via your Venmo to @orchardchurchma
Assets
Assets might include property, trusts, stocks, bonds, non-cash gifts, etc. Contact our finance team to learn more about giving assets.

Your Giving Matters
Every gift is meaningful, and every donor is appreciated. We are a charitable organization funded entirely by our donor base, and do not receive grant money or third-party funding of any kind. Each time you give to our General Fund, you are helping us maintain our church facility and day-to-day operations. While we do incur additional fees via online giving, we encourage you to give via the method that works best for you. If you'd like to choose an online method with a smaller processing fee to make the most of your giving, out of a heart of transparency, we've provided those fees below. We realize everyone's household and budget is unique, and are so grateful you are choosing to be part of helping Orchard Church grow.

Pledge For 2026
Every year we encourage you to pray about your annual giving for the upcoming year and make a pledge to let us know roughly what we can expect for budget planning purposes. We are not affiliated with any other organization and rely entirely on your generosity and faithful giving to operate. We understand circumstances shift, so if anything changes you can always reach out to the finance team and adjust your pledge as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does my giving to Orchard Church go?
We steward your faithful giving through prayer and the funds are used to operate the ministries, programs, and needs of Orchard Church - helping us fulfill our mission in our church and community. When you designate a gift for a specific project, we honor that designation. In the event that a project receives more funding than can be wisely applied to it, additional funds may be used to meet a similar or pressing need.

What is the difference between one-time and recurring giving?
One-time giving is a single gift that only processes when you initiate or schedule it. Recurring giving is a way to schedule your gifts to process on a regular basis via our Church Center platform online or your bank account.
What does each giving fund support?
General Fund: Supports the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church, including staffing, worship, programs, facilities, and other ongoing ministry needs.
Capital Projects: Helps fund significant building, property, equipment, and facility improvement projects that extend beyond the church’s regular operating budget.
Outreach: Enables efforts to share God’s love with our local community and global community, including community partnerships, missions, outreach events, and service initiatives.
Elder Fund: Provides financial assistance to individuals and families within the church community who are experiencing significant financial hardship or unexpected needs, as determined by the elders.
Is Orchard Church a non-profit organization?
Orchard Church is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit church in the United States.
Giving Disclosure: Orchard Church is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar or pressing need.
Where can I find my giving history and annual giving statement?
If you have given online through our Church Center platform, you can access your giving history and giving statements by logging in to your free Church Center account. Whether you use Church Center or give other ways, your annual giving statement will be mailed to the address we have on file in January of the following calendar year. Contact our finance team to update your mailing address, get a copy of your giving statement, or with any other questions related to giving.
